The Fun
On Saturday we've got tons of fun planned in and around Rowlesburg Community Park!
  • Youth bike games- bring the family and they're guaranteed to have fun while you race! (We'll wrap things up in time to make sure they're at the finish line to cheer you on!)
  • Music- after racing, you can unwind along the riverside to music.
  • Relax on the River- bring your boat or rent a boat, set a shuttle, and take in the beauty of the Cheat River as you unwind after the race.
    * The park is conveniently located at the take out of the flatwater section of the Cheat.  Use https://cheatriverwatertrail.org/ and http://blackwateroutdoors.com/ to help you plan your float.
    * For those looking for a little more thrill, downstream of the park are the following whitewater sections: the Cheat Narrows (Class III) and Cheat Canyon (Class IV). Use https://www.cheatriveroutfitters.com/ and http://blackwateroutdoors.com/ for options on guided trips.

Check back here and on our website (www.pcparc.org) for updates on all the weekend's festivities!
