Junior Rangers
​Summer Camp

June 7 - 9 & 14 - 16, 2022

Calling all outdoorsy elementary & middle school youth!

It's never too early for kids to learn that STEM is fun!
Being a part of the Junior Rangers Camp, your child will learn about what it takes to be a Park Ranger
​and all the fun ways we can find and use science, technology, engineering, and math when simply playing outside!
NEW FOR THIS YEAR: ANNOUNCING BIKE CAMP!
Campers will spend the days
 adventuring and patrolling the rail-trail by bike!

Camp Information:
  • DATE/TIME:
    • Junior Rangers Camp - June 7-9th from 9am-4pm
    • Rangers Bike Camp - June 14-16th from 9am-4pm
  • LOCATION: Masontown Trailhead Park along Deckers Creek Rail-Trail
  • REGISTRATION: open to elementary and middle school kids ages 7 - 13; only 12 spaces available
  • COST: Tuition is $150 per camper

Camp Details:
  • kids should be capable of riding a bike on the rail-trail
  • rental bikes and helmets will be provided
  • kids should be comfortable being outside in the rain (we will shelter indoors during thunderstorms)
  • kids will need to bring a backpack, rain jacket, rain pants, layered clothing, change of clothes, good footwear for hiking and running, water shoes, hat, sunscreen, refillable water bottle (water fountain is on-site at restroom building), non-perishable lunch and snacks (vending machines will be on-site with Board of Education-approved snacks and drinks)
