Preston Wellness in the Park is a partnership between PCPaRC, participating town parks, and local fitness instructors bringing you outdoor fitness modifiable for ALL abilities. Whether old, young, ultra-fit, new-to-fitness, or somewhere-in-between, our instructors have you covered. |
Interested in joining?
All of our fitness classes cost only $5 and all Community Walk/Run Meetups are free of charge.
Can't afford the cost?
No problem! Sign up to volunteer for your favorite fitness classes and earn a free class each time! Email prestoncountyparks@gmail.com for more information and to set up a volunteer schedule that works for you.
Don't know how you can work out with kids?
We've got that solved for you too! Youth under 18 can participate in the classes for free and if your kids aren't interested in participating, our locations are open enough for kids to run and play within your eyesight.
